Real Riddimz — Privacy Policy

Real Riddimz respects your privacy the way we respect the music: fully, and without shortcuts. This policy explains, in plain language, what we collect, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and the rights you have over it.

Two commitments up front, because they matter most:

  1. We do not sell your personal data.
  2. We do not train third-party AI models on your content without your explicit consent.

This policy applies to everyone who uses the Real Riddimz website, applications, and services (the "Service") — creators, listeners, and visitors alike.

2.1 Information You Give Us

  • Account details: email address and authentication credentials when you register.
  • Creative content: prompts, lyrics, titles, descriptions, playlists, voice input text, and any files you upload.
  • Payment information: billing details are processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.
  • Communications: messages you send us for support or feedback.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • Usage data: features used, generation history, playback activity, and general interaction patterns.
  • Device and technical data: browser type, operating system, approximate location (country level), and IP address.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand how the Service is used.

2.3 Information From Third Parties

  • Authentication providers: if you sign in with a third-party account (for example, Google), we receive basic profile details you authorize.

3. How AI Processing Works

When you generate music, lyrics, artwork, or voice output:

  • Your prompts and lyrics are sent to our AI model providers (for example, music generation, language, and image models) solely to produce your requested output.
  • Your content is processed to deliver the Service — not to train third-party foundation models, unless you explicitly opt in.
  • Generated content is stored in your account so you can play, organize, and share it.

4. How We Use Information

We use your information to:

  • Operate the Service: generate, store, and play your music and content
  • Authenticate you and secure your account
  • Process payments and manage subscriptions or credits
  • Improve reliability, performance, and feature quality
  • Communicate with you about your account, updates, and (with consent) news
  • Enforce our Terms, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations

5. Legal Bases (EEA/UK Users)

Where the GDPR applies, we process personal data on these bases: performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interests (security, improvement, analytics), your consent (where requested), and compliance with legal obligations.

6. How We Share Information

We share information only with:

  • Service providers: hosting, storage, payment processing, AI model providers, and analytics — bound by contracts requiring them to protect your data.

We do not share your content publicly unless you choose to publish it.

  • Account and content data: kept while your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete or de-identify your content within a reasonable period, except where law requires retention.
  • Logs and backups: retained for limited periods for security and reliability, then purged.

We use industry-standard measures — encryption in transit, access controls, and row-level data isolation — to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your data, we will notify you as required by law.

The Service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

Your data may be processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) for cross-border transfers.
