Real Riddimz — Terms of Use

Welcome to Real Riddimz. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Real Riddimz website, applications, and services (together, the "Service"). Real Riddimz is an AI-powered music creation studio built with Caribbean creative culture at its heart — we believe in craft, originality, and straight talk.

By creating an account, generating content, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who We Are

Real Riddimz ("we," "us," "our") operates an online studio that lets users generate original music, write lyrics, create cover art, record voice takes, build playlists, and share creative work using artificial intelligence tools.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have a parent or guardian's consent.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
  • You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to keep it current.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where reasonable.

3. Your Creative Work

3.1 Your Content

"You Content" means anything you submit, write, or upload — prompts, lyrics, titles, descriptions, playlist names, and similar material.

You retain ownership of Your Content. By submitting it, you grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, and display it solely to operate and improve the Service.

3.2 Generated Output

"Generated Output" means the music, lyrics, artwork, and other material the Service produces for you in response to your prompts.

  • Subject to these Terms and any plan-specific rules, Real Riddimz assigns to you all rights we can lawfully assign in the Generated Output created under your account.
  • Because AI generation is probabilistic, similar outputs may be produced for other users. You acknowledge that exclusivity of Generated Output cannot be guaranteed.
  • You are responsible for how you use Generated Output, including confirming it does not infringe third-party rights before commercial release.

3.3 Public Sharing

If you publish a playlist or track publicly, you grant other users the right to stream that content through the Service, and you confirm you have the rights to share it.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Create, upload, or share content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or exploitative
  • Infringe any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property right — including prompting the Service to imitate identifiable artists, reproduce copyrighted lyrics, or clone another creator's work
  • Impersonate any person or misrepresent the origin of content
  • Upload content containing private personal data of others without consent
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, overload, or disrupt the Service or its AI models
  • Use the Service to develop a competing AI music model or product
  • Resell access to the Service itself

We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these rules, in line with our Policies & Procedures.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service itself — including our software, design, branding, the Real Riddimz name and logo, and the underlying AI orchestration — is owned by or licensed to Real Riddimz and protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers those rights to you.

6. AI-Generated Content — Honest Disclaimers

AI is a powerful instrument, but it is not perfect. You understand that:

  • Generated Output may occasionally contain errors, artifacts, or unintended similarities to existing works.
  • We do not guarantee that any Generated Output is free of third-party claims. Clearance for commercial use is your responsibility.
  • Output quality depends on model capabilities and may vary between generations.

7. Payments, Credits, and Subscriptions

  • Some features require a paid subscription or credits. Prices are shown at the point of purchase and may change with reasonable notice.
  • Paid plans renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period.
  • Credits are consumed when generating content and are non-transferable and non-refundable except where required by law.
  • Refunds are handled under our Policies & Procedures.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT OUTPUT WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REAL RIDDIMZ AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND PARTNERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL — ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Real Riddimz from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of (a) Your Content, (b) your use of Generated Output, or (c) your violation of these Terms or any law.

11. Copyright Complaints (DMCA)

If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice including identification of the work, the infringing material, your contact details, and a good-faith statement to the contact below. We respond to valid notices and may remove content and terminate repeat infringers.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, for legal compliance, or to protect the Service and its users. Sections that by nature should survive (ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnification) survive termination.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree to first contact us to resolve any dispute informally. If we cannot resolve it, disputes will be brought in the courts located in Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction — except where your local consumer laws give you non-waivable rights.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice (for example, by email or in-app notice). Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
